reflect字本義可指"反射"/"反應"

所以這裏對應是前句的"mean to the others"惡意對人的行為或者可能是指對人的反應/回應/情緒/行動。

reflect(第二音節重聲)是動詞 = 反射/反映

reflect(第一音節重聲)是名詞 = 反應/即時反應



You will suffer from the same reflect in return意思是

你自己亦必然會受到同樣的惡待(別人對你的反應)報應。[由於中文"報應"這詞一般是用於咒詛人，所以這句的中文意思可以調節一下免用"報應"這詞已經可以表達"終必自作自受"的意思。
